摘要
以水作分散介质,采用悬浮法制备了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(LDPE-g-MAH)。在考察多种因素对接枝反应的影响的基础上,讨论了产物LDPE-g-MAH的流变性能及其与碳钢的粘接性能。结果表明,在界面剂存在的条件下,悬浮法能够制备出零交联度、接枝率高(≥3.0%)的产物;LDPE-g-MAH仍具有剪切变稀的性质;接枝率越高,熔体的切应力和表观黏度越大;粘接强度随接枝率的增大而增大。当接枝率达到3.0%左右时与碳钢的粘接强度达到最大值,随后粘接强度不再随接枝率的增加而增加。
With water as dispersion medium, LDPE was grafted with maleic anhydride (MAH) by means of suspension grafting. On the base of the investigation of the effects of reaction condition on grafting degree, the rheological and caking properties of LDPE-g-MAH were researched. The result showed it was feasible to prepare LDPE-g-MAH with high grafting degree (3 % ) and without cross linking degree by suspension grafting with surfactant agent, and LDPE-g-MAH was still shear thinning. With the increase of the grafting degree, the shearing stress and apparent viscosity increased, and the bonding strength increased as well. The caking strength rose until the grafting degree was about 3.0%, and then the caking strength kept stabilization when the grafting degree exceeded 3.0%.
