摘要 研发了一种环保型的银镀层防变色剂(FBS)。通过H2S气氛暴露实验、Na2S浸渍实验和电化学实验,研究了该防变色剂及与其它缓蚀剂复配时对银镀层的防变色性能,确定了其最佳的质量浓度为0.2 g/L。电化学实验表明:该防变色剂与其它缓蚀剂具有很好的协同效应,缓蚀效率大幅度提高。 An environment-friendly anti-discoloration agent (FBS) for sliver coating is developed. The optimum mass concentration of FBS is determined as 0. 2 g/L by experiments of H2S atmosphere exposition, NazS soaking and electrochemistry. The electrochemical experiments show that the agent has a good synergistic effect with other corrosion inhibitors, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency is greatly improved.
