Correlation of Age and Sex with Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MR Perfusion Parameters of Lumbar Vertebral Bone Marrow

摘要 目的探讨成人腰椎骨髓动态对比增强MR半定量灌注参数与年龄、性别的相关性。资料与方法选择93例受检者进行动态对比增强MR灌注成像,小于50岁组(简称A组)46例,大于50岁组(简称B组)47例。分析峰值增强百分率(Emax)和增强斜率(ES)与年龄、性别的相关性。结果A组的Emax、ES高于B组(P<0.05)。在A组中,女性的Emax、ES高于男性(P<0.05);在B组中,女性和男性的Emax、ES差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的女性的Emax、ES显著高于B组的女性(P<0.001),A组的男性与B组的男性的Emax、ES差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性的Emax、ES与年龄变化有负相关性(P<0.001),男性的Emax、ES与年龄变化的相关性不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动态对比增强MR半定量灌注参数可以用来评价正常腰椎骨髓血流灌注状态,年龄、性别与峰值增强百分率、增强斜率有相关性。 Objective To investigate correlation of semi-quantitative perfusion parameters of lumbar vertebral bone marrow on dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE-MRI) in adults with age and sex. Materials and Methods DCE-MRI of lumbar spine was performed in 93 subjects including 46 subjects younger than 50 years old ( group A) and 47 subjects older than 50 years old (group B). Peak enhancement percentage (Emax) and enhancement slope(ES) were calculated and correlated with age and sex. Results Emax and ES in group A were higher than those in group B(P 〈 0.05). In group A, Emax and ES in female subjects were higher than those in male subjects ( P 〈 0.05 ). In group B, there was no significant difference in Emax, and ES between female subjects and male subjects( P 〉 0.05 ). Emax, and ES in female subjects in group A were higher than those in female subjects in group B(P 〈0.001 ). There was no significant difference in Emax and ES between male subjects in group A and male subjects in group B( P 〉 0.05 ). There was negative correlation between Emax ,ES, and age in female subjects(P 〈0.001 ). There was no correlation between Emax ,ES, and age in male subjects(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion DCE-MRI could evaluate blood perfusion of normal lumbar vertebral bone marrow in adults. Emax and ES correlated with age and sex.
