摘要
控制不合理用药是保证医疗质量和安全、提升药物治疗水平、降低不良反应和药源性疾病发生率、减少院内感染、保护公众健康、遏制医疗费用、减轻国家和百姓经济负担的重要措施。文章认为合理用药应从领导意识、制度建设、员工教育、环节监控、全程管理等方面入手。
To control unreasonable drug use is an important measure to ensure medical quality and safety, increase therapy level, reduce adverse reaction and drug - induced disease, reduce infection in hospital, protect public health, control medical cost and lighten patientb burden. This paper considered that the measures to control unreasonable drug use should include leader consciousness, construction of institution, staff education, link control and the management in whole process.
