摘要
在研究数控机床等机电产品的可靠性时,必然涉及到可靠性指标的计算。为了得到可信的可靠性指标,就需要选择能够准确描述故障概率随时间分布的模型。本文归纳了三种故障概率分布拟合的择优方法,并通过对比得到了最佳方法,最后对灰关联分析法的应用提出改进。
When studying the reliability of NC machine tools and other electromechanical products, it is inevitable to calculate the reliability indexes. In order to get more credible results, it is necessary to choose a model which can best describe the distribution of failure probability. Three methods of choosing the optimum fitting of failure distribution model were illustrated, and the optimum method was got by contrast. The application of grey associative analysis was improved.
