摘要
根据电液比例液压试验台的组成及试验内容,在虚拟仪器测控技术的基础上,提出了信号采集的方法,介绍了各类传感器的型号选择、数据采集卡的选择以及依靠数据采集卡的数字输出信号实现电磁阀的开关的方法等。依托Lab-VIEW操作平台并根据液压缸的试验内容编制了调宽缸测试软件系统,并以调宽缸的动态性能测试为例,给出了详细的测试与控制过程的虚拟前面板及程序框图,在此基础上对试验结果进行了分析、讨论。
A method in signals gathering based on virtual instrument was put forward. The choice of the type of all kinds of sensors and their installment, the choice of data acquisitions and the method of digital signal export to control electromagnetic valve were introduced. The width adjustment cylinder test software system under the environment of language LabVIEW was designed. Taking performance experiment of the dynamic performance test as an example, the course of test and control in the front board and procedure block was given, and the test result was analyzed and discussed.
