摘要
叙述了对作为烷基化原料的催化裂化C4馆分及作为生产甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)原料的催化裂化C5馏分进行选择加氢处理,以脱除其中的二烯烃的研究结果。考察了反应温度、空速及氢气与双烯烃的摩尔比等工艺条件对加氢效果的影响。结果表明,所开发的工艺过程操作条件缓和,易于实施,加氢工艺既为下游装置提供了优质原料,其本身也有一定的经济效益。
The laboratory results of the selective hydrogenation of FCC C4 and C5 fractions used for alkylation and TAME (methyl-1, 1-dimethylpropyl ether) feedstocks respectively are presented. The effects of the operating conditions such as reaction temperature, liquid space velocity and the mol ratio of hydrogen to diolefins were investigated. The operating conditi0ns of the selective hydrogenation are mild and the processes are easy to be put into action. These processes can provide qualified feedstocks for the downstream plants, and will also bring profit to the factory.
