摘要 Te具有稳定铝合金固溶体,抑制“时效”效应的作用,Te和 Zr相互有良好的匹配效应。本研究以“Al-Zn-In”为阳极基本合金,添加“Te-Zr”元素组合,用Al—oo级铝材,开发得到电流效率达94%,稳定性好,显著改善极化性能且表面活性良好的“Al-Zn-In+Te-Zr”系铝基牺牲阳极合金系列;经海上浮标和船舶应用试验表明:该系列性能优异可靠,尤其适合于要求高稳定性、长寿命的大型海洋工程牺牲阳极应用。 Te can stabilize the solid solution of aluminum alloy and control the effect of 'limitation period', while Te and Zr have the matched effect. This study, by taking 'Al - Zn - In' as the basic alloy of anode, adding 'Te - Zr' element composition and asing Grade Al∞ Aluminum, has developed 'Al - Zn - In + Te - Zr' alloy series of Aluminum based anode which can provide electrical current efficiency of 94% , good stability, much improved polarizing performance and excellent surface activity. The tests of such anodes on offshore buoys and vessels have proven that this series has excellent and reliable performance and is suitable especially to heavy offshore structures.
