摘要
在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,在酸性介质中,痕量Al(Ⅲ)能灵敏地催化H2O2氧化甲基紫的褪色反应。通过研究该反应的最佳条件、动力学参数和机理,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量Al(Ⅲ)的新体系。方法的检出限为2.247×10^-10g·mL^-1,测定线性范围为0~0.8μg/25mL。其方法的选择性高,重现性好,一定量的常见离子不干扰测定,用于测定人发、豆样和水样中Al(Ⅲ),均获得满意结果。
It has been observed that trace aluminum (Ⅲ) can sensitively catalyze the reaction of H2 O2 oxidizing discoloration of methyl violet in buffer solution in the existence of Tween - 80. The kinetic optimum condition of the catalytic reaction was investigated and a new method for the determination of trace aluminum was proposed. The detection limit for aluminum(Ⅲ) in 2. 247 × 10^-10g · mL^-1. The linear range of determination is 0 -0. 8μg/25mL. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace aluminum (Ⅲ) in human hair, food samples and water samples.
