摘要
为解决多源海陆数据中基准不一致、数据模型及格式不统一、同一地物表达上的差异等问题,设计了海陆数据的无缝拼接方案.利用坐标转换和垂直基准差拟合解决空间基准的不一致性,建立统一海部水深离散点和陆部等高线的多源数据无缝数字高程模型(DEM),基于点删除的不规则三角网(TIN)简化算法可实现海岸带模型的多尺度表达.实例分析表明,该方案可实现多源海陆数据的三维无缝拼接和多尺度表达.
A seamless 3D combination for bathymetric/topographic data was developed to solve the problem of inconsistencies between the data in separate reference datums, different data formats and varieties of representing the same object, etc. Based on a common data obtained by the methods of transforming horizontal coordinate and interpolating vertical datums, a seamless digital elevation model(DEM) which unify the bathymetric/topographic data from discrete depths and terrain contours was established, and triangulation irregular net(TIN) simplification algorithm based on vertex decimation was used to simplify DEM in different scale. Experimental results indicate that the model can realize the 3D seamless combination for bathymetric/topographic data and multi-scale representation.
