摘要 C-反应蛋白(cRP)是一个急性时相蛋白,可作为临床细菌感染性疾病和风湿性疾病的一个常规实验室观察指标。根据国外近年的相关研究文献,该文综述了CRP的免疫功能、CRP与Fcγ受体的结合和对吞噬作用的调理,以及对感染性和非特异性炎症过程的作用,特别强调了CRP作为机体炎性产物,在先天性免疫系统中极其重要的免疫作用机制。
