摘要
在弹道修正过程中需要获知弹丸出炮口速度,提出采用磁阻传感器测量炮口速度和加速度信号判断弹丸到达炮口时速度的方法,给出了磁阻传感器信号输出、弹丸旋转频率以及炮口速度之间的解算式,对炮口测速装置进行了转台试验,得到了传感器输出信号与弹丸转速之间的波形曲线.试验表明传感器的输出与解算公式相符,满足弹道修正引信对弹丸炮口速度测量的要求.
For obtain muzzle velocity of projectile in the process of trajectory correction, a method tor delermining muzzle velocity of projectile based on magnetoresistive sensor measuring muzzle velocity and acceleration was introduced. Equations about output signal of sensor, spin frequency of projectile, and muzzle velocity were given and a muzzle velocity measurement device was developed. Furthermore, turning platform experiments were carried out to get the curve of sensor voltage output versus spin frequency. The experiments showed that sensor output signal totally matched the equations. This method can meet the requirement of muzzle velocity measurement.
