摘要
[目的]探讨前列安颗粒中黄柏、白芍、当归的定性鉴别方法。[方法]薄层层析色谱法鉴别黄柏、白芍;高效液相色谱法鉴别当归。[结果]黄柏、白芍均显阳性反应,当归中阿魏酸在波长313nm处有吸收峰。[结论]该方法简便,重复性好,其他组分对检测无干扰,可用于前列安颗粒的质量控制。
[Objective] To explore the nature authentication of phellodendron, white peony and angelica in Qianliean Granule. [Method] Take TLC to authenticate phellodendron and white peony, HPLC for angelica. [Result] Phellodendron and white peony have positive reaction, the ferulic acid in angelica has absorptive summit at wave length 313nm. [Conclusion] The said method is simple and convenient, has good repetition, has no intervention from other measures, can be used for quality control of Qianliean Granule.
