摘要
介绍了抚顺乙烯装置在80年代由美国ABBSIMCON公司引进的裂解炉先进控制系统(AdvancedProcesControl,APC)。在对其深入研究基础上,结合抚顺乙烯裂解炉具体特点,修改了国外软件组态错误,重新设计了主联锁逻辑,完善了控制策略,增加了操作画面,开发了先进控制实时管理功能。该系统1995年在抚顺乙烯完成了调试与投用工作。APC运行以来,裂解炉控制质量和装置效益得到明显提高。
An overview on ABB SIMCON's Furnace APC system imported by Fushun Ethylene Plant during the 80's is given. Based on the advanced study, wrong configurations in software were modified, main interlock logicals were re-designed, control strategies and operating graphics were improved, and runtime management function of APC were developed according to furnace specialities of Fushun Ethylene Plant. The APC tunning and commissioning were completed in 1995. With the run of APC, both controling quality of furnaces and plant benefits improved largely. This technology can be used in petrochemical industry.
