摘要
将扣除利用外资后的全社会固定资产投资总额纳入分析模型,采用1991年到2005年的时间序列数据,通过对数据进行平稳性检验、协整关系检验,得出实证模型,并对外商直接投资与本土企业出口进行因果检验。结果表明,由于较强的挤出效应与较弱的技术溢出效应,FDI对中国本土企业出口产生一定的不利影响,且两者在一定程度上存在格兰杰因果关系。据此提出了利用FDI促进中国本土企业出口发展的对策建议。
The total investment in fixed asset of the whole society after the deduction of foreign financial injection is taken into consideration in an analysis model. Then by the use of time series data from 1991 to 2005, an empirical model has been obtained from detections of steadiness and coordinated relationship to the data, followed by the cause and effect detection to FDI and export of local enterprises in China. The result shows that FDI has certain negative influence on the export of local enterprise in China because of stronger extrusion effect and weaker technological overflow effect, that there exists Granger cause - effect relationship to some degree between FDI and export of China local enterprises. Therefore, some countermeasures are offered so as to improve export development of local enterprises in China by the utilization of FDI.
