锅炉除灰系统的节能与综合治理

摘要 针对大唐长山热电厂8、9号锅炉除灰系统用水量大、冲洗水泵运行方式不合理、厂用电率高等问题,对2台锅炉除灰系统的主灰沟、冲洗水喷嘴及碎渣机等进行了一系列的技术改造,从而增强了除灰系统的排灰能力,实现了单台冲洗水泵运行方式,降低了厂用电率,减轻了职工的劳动强度,节约了大量的生产用水,提高了锅炉运行的经济性。 Because of some problems occurred on No. 8 and No. 9 boiler ash removal system of Changshan thermal-power plant of Datang power generation company, such as much water usage, unreasonable operation model of flush pump, and high station service power consumption rate, some methods are applied, which are the technical reforms based on main ash ditch, discharge jet of flush water, and ash crusher of two boiler ash removal system. As the methods used, it increase the ash elimination ability of ash removal system, accomplish the operation model by single flush pump, reduce the station service power consumption rate, alleviate the labor intensity of employee, save a lot of water for production, and enhance the economical efficiency of boiler operation.
