摘要
近几年,随着电站锅炉向大容量、高参数方向发展,作为电站锅炉烟风道系统设计中的重要一环,正确合理地选择和布置膨胀节将直接影响到整个机组的经济性、稳定性和周围的环境卫生。在美国燃烧工程公司(CE)引进技术资料的理论基础上,结合作者多年的工程实践经验,主要就金属膨胀节在电站锅炉烟风道中的一般设计原理、选择规则和安装使用要求等情况作了详细介绍。
Recently, with the development of huge volume and highly-demanded vapor on temperature and pressure in the field of power plant boiler, gas duct designing is becoming more and more important. Choosing and using expansion joint correctly has a direct effect on the economy, stability and environment of a power plant boiler. On the base of the theory and technology from CE, and with combination the author's experience, the author explains how to design and choose the metal expansion joint in detail.
