摘要
[目的]研究2003～2006年某市恶性肿瘤住院患者疾病谱的变化趋势。[方法]采用前瞻性资料收集的方法,应用SAS8.2软件对2002年12月26日～2006年12月25日某市恶性肿瘤住院患者的性别、年龄、疾病名称等进行统计学分析。[结果]①历年各医院恶性肿瘤住院患者例数呈增加的趋势。其中肿瘤专科医院恶性肿瘤住院患者例数增加最明显。②历年恶性肿瘤住院患者例数占住院患者总数的比例是呈上升的趋势。[结论]①各被调查医院在肿瘤科室的临床管理、科室建设、床位定编上应引起重视。②应扩大肿瘤专科医院的规模,针对性的加大资金和人才的投入。
[Objective] To explore the varying tendency of disease spectrum of inpatients suffering from malignant tumors from 2003 to 2006, [Methods] A prospective data bank was established, and SAS 8.2 was performed to analyze the data. The data was collected from the malignant tumor inpatients from December 26th, 2002 to December 25th, 2006 including information about sex, age, and disease name, etc. [ Results] ① There was an increashag tendency on malignant tumors in most hospitals in the past few years, especially tumor hospitals. ② Among total inpatients, there was an increasing tendency in the proportion of malignant tumors inpatients in most hospitals in the past few years. [Conclusion] ① It is important to enhance the administration of hospital, improve the construction of inpatient departments and management of beds. ② It should expand finace, human resources and investment in tumor hospitals.
