摘要
目的探讨胃肠肿瘤术后早期应用肠内营养支持对患者营养状况及胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法选择20例胃肠肿瘤患者手术后通过鼻肠管实施早期EN支持治疗,测定患者入院时与EN开始进行后第8天的钾、钠、血糖、尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶等各项生化指标及血清总蛋白、血清清蛋白、血红蛋白等多项营养指标,观察术后胃肠功能恢复时间以及肠内营养支持并发症等。结果EN支持前后患者的钾、钠、血糖、尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶等各项生化指标差异均无统计学意义,同时患者的总蛋白、清蛋白以及血红蛋白等也保持在一个较为稳定的水平,发生腹泻和腹胀率分别有10%和5%。结论胃肠肿瘤术后早期应用肠内营养支持,可以有效维持患者的营养状况,促进胃肠功能恢复,是临床胃肠肿瘤术后安全、有效的营养支持方法。
Objective To evaluate the early application of enteral nutrition(EN) support in the patients undergoing gastrointesti nal tumor operation. Methods Enteral nutrition was used in 20 cases of patients early after the operation. Potassium,sodium,blood glucose,urea nitrogen, glutamate-pyruvate transaminase and total serum protein, serum albumin and hemoglobin were measured. The time of gastrointestinal functional recovery and complications were observed. Results No abnormalities of Potassium,sodium, blood glucose,urea nitrogen, glutamate-pyruvate transaminase were found. Total serum protein, serum albumin and hemoglobin were kept in the same level. The rate of diarrhea or abdominal distension were 10% or 5%. Conclusion The early application of enteral nutrition in the patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor operation can maintain nutritional state ,promote gastrointestinal functional recovery. It is a safe and effective nutritional support method.
