摘要
先天性心脏病外科修补术后残余漏是常见的并发症之一,不同先天性心脏病术后残余漏有其各自的特点,严重者常需要再次外科手术或行介入封堵治疗,现复习文献,综述不同类型先天性心脏病术后残余漏形成的原因、临床特点和新近诊疗进展。
Residual leakage is a common post-operative complication in cases of congenital heart disease with various clinical symptoms resulting in the need for surgical or transcatheter intervention in some serious cases. This article reviews the causes,the clinical aspects, and recent progress in the management of residual leak in different kinds of congenital heart disease.
