摘要
介绍了冷弯中梁的成型理论,建立了数学模型,给出了冷弯中梁的孔型设计方法。论述了冷弯中梁辊式成型的孔型构成及孔型尺寸的确定方法,并对冷弯中梁成型与普通冷弯型钢成型的不同之处做了分析比较。
This paper introduced form theory to cold formed middle-beam.It set mathematic model,and gave design method for cold formed middle-beam.In this paper stated the pass structure of roll-style forming method to cold formed middle-beam and determing method of pass dimension.In addition to,it analyzed forming method differences between cold formed middle-beam and common cold roll forming steel.
