生物质秸秆流态化特性的实验研究

摘要 在129 mm的有机玻璃流化床中,通过对不同长度的圆柱状油菜秸秆、稻壳及其与砂混合物料的压降及床层高度的测试,对宽筛分颗粒的流化特性进行了研究.试验结果表明:尽管流化时间很短,长10 mm粒径的油菜秸秆颗粒在一定载气流量下可以流化;碎片状的油菜秆粉粒和稻壳流化过程中的沟流和空洞现象严重,不易流化或不能流态化,必须和一定的惰性粒子(石英砂)配比混合后(砂子的质量分数分别不低于60%和80%)才能实现良好的流态化. After measuring the pressure and the height of fluidized bed, the fluidization behaviors of different length, cylinder rape straws, and rice husk and mixtures of these bio-fuels with inert particles (sand) were experimentally investigated in a fluidized bed reactor of φ129 mm inner diameter. Experimental results indicate that different diameter of rape straws with the length of 10 mm can be fluidized with the definite flow of carrier gas, although the time of fluidization is very short. But the fluidization processes of particles of rape straw and rice husk are at the disturbance of the channels and caverns. Rice husk and the particles of rape straw can not be fluidized better unless they are massed with sand at the mass ratio not less than 60% and 80% ,respectively.
