摘要
在现有虹膜定位法的基础上,提出了一种基于正方形几何描绘子的快速虹膜定位方法:针对瞳孔被眼睫毛和眼睑等干扰物阻挡较小的特性,利用中值滤波的方法对虹膜图像进行处理,以消除亮斑和微小边缘引起的干扰;再利用正方形几何描绘子确定瞳孔圆心,进行初步定位;最后采取带有方向性的扇形搜索方法,利用Canny边缘检测算子完成虹膜图像的精定位.实验证明,该方法不仅对图像半径的获取有很好的自适应性,而且有效地缩短了定位时间.
Based on the current methods of iris localization, a fast localization approach using square geometrical diagram was proposed, The concrete procedures are specified as follows: addressing the characteristics of the pupil generally masked by the small interferences such as eyelash and eyelid, the median filtering is applied to deal with the original iris images in order to eliminate the disturbance of the bright speckles and tiny edges; the defined square geometrical diagram is employed to determine the circle center of the pupil so as to implement the initial localization; finally the sector-searching way fixed with some direction and the edge detection operator of Canny is involved in the precise iris localization. The experiment demonstrates that the scheme not only exhibits the favorable adaptivity for capturing the radius of the image, but also reduces the localization time effectively.
