摘要 采用二维有限元法对交流永磁同步电动机(PMSM)定子与磁极区域电磁场进行了分析研究,阐述了定子铁心不同区域磁场的变化规律以及磁极区域涡流场的分布规律。在此基础上,综合考虑电机中交变与旋转磁场的影响,计算了电机定子饱和铁心损耗与磁极涡流损耗,并将此计算结果应用于电机的三维温度场计算中,分析了两类损耗对电机温升的影响。通过计算结果与实测值的对比分析,验证了损耗与温度场计算方法的正确性。 In this paper the electromagnetic field of stator core and magnet pole of permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed with 2D finite element method. The forms of flux varations in different parts of the core and the distribution of eddy - current field of magnet pole region were described, based on the analysis, the iorn losses of stator and magnet pole eddy -current loss were calculated with considering the alternating and rotating magnetic field. The calculation results of losses were applied to the calculation of 3D temperature field for PMSM,and the two kinds of losses influence on temperature field distribution were also analyzed, by compareing the calculation results with measurement results showed that the caultation method of iron losses and temperature field were verified.
