合成香料中间体废水预处理技术研究

摘要 合成香料中间体废水(COD为132580 mg/L)采用电渗析→气浮除油→电-Fenton的处理途径。结果表明,在I=1.5 A,电解时间为120 min的条件下,电渗析效果最佳,R=6.7322×10-6mol/(mL.cm2);电渗析后调节pH值为3时气浮除油,COD去除率可达到59.8%,电-Fenton的最佳反应条件为:pH为3.5,I=0.75 A,Fe2+投加量为3 g/L,H2O2与Fe2+的摩尔比为10∶1,反应时间为75 min,此条件下废水COD去除率可达66.62%。3步处理后,总COD去除率达86.60%。 A study on pretreatment of wastewater in synthetic perfume production (COD is 132 580 mg/L) has been executed. Research results revealed that the best pretreatment technology method is that,initially treated by electro-dialysis, in which we find the best electric current is 1.5 A and the value of R is 6.732 2 × 10 ^-6 mol/(mL·cm^2) after 120 min' s electrolysis. Then it is treated by air flotation method to degrease and get 59.8% of COD removal rate. Finally it is treated by electro-Fenton method, for which the suitable conditions are pH = 3.5, electric current = 0.75 A, m ( Fe^2+ ) = 3 g/L, n ( Fe^2+ )/n ( H2O2 ) = 10 : 1, under which, COD removal reached 66.62% within 75 min. The total COD removal reached 86.60% after the best pretreatment technology.
