摘要
目的:评价将舒适护理应用于前列腺摘除术后病人,减少术后并发症。方法:针对病人的特点,给予病人持续人性化的关怀和细致的护理,为病人提供舒适环境,增进生理、心理舒适感。结果:减轻了由术后疼痛引起的并发症,将护理质量满意度提高至98.2%。结论:舒适护理强调个性化服务,确立以人为本的护理理念,提高病人的舒适感,减少术后并发症,提高护理质量,减少住院天数。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing in patients after prostatectomy,so as to reduce the postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction of this nursing for patients.Methods ：According to the characteristics of the patients after prostatectomy,the comfortable nursing,such as humanization care,careful nursing,comfortable environment,physiological and psychological comfortable and so on was appropriately given during treatment.Results：The outcome showed that the complications caused by postoperative pain reduced obviously, and the satisfaction of nursing quality raised to 98.2%.Conclusion ：The emphasis of comfortable nursing must be placed on the personalized sorvice.Establishing a people-centered philosophy of nursing care,improving the comfortable sensation of patients and the nursing quality, declining the postooerative complications and reducing the hospitalization time are crucial.
