摘要
教师人格自古以来就是中西方教育极为关注的话题,它随着时代变迁而不断呈现出新的内涵。当前,日渐明朗的教师专业化趋势凸显了对教师人格予以重新审视的必要性。教师人格是教师专业化不能忽视的维度,教师专业化不仅反衬了传统教师人格要求存在的不足,也对现时代的教师人格赋予了新的精神意蕴:专业特有的责任意识,批判和创新精神,权利和自主意识,对话与合作观念。
The topic of teachers' personality has been deeply concerned by education home and abroad since the ancient time, which continuously presents new connotation with the variance of the times. Currently, the trend of teacher's professionalization tending to be more and more lucid, giving prominence to the vitality of reconsidering teachers' personality, which is an dimensionality that cannot be neglected in the process of teacher's professionalization. Teachers' professional- ization not only displays the deficiency of the traditional teachers' personality, but also endues the modern teachers' personality with new spiritual implication as the professional specific consciousness of responsibility, the critical and creative spirit, the consciousness of right and autonomy, the concept of dialogue and cooperation.
