摘要
重庆市在其大城市与大农村并存的特殊市情下,有着特殊的区域背景。近年来,重庆市在旅游农业发展方面存在着认识有误、发展无序、特色不足等主要问题。针对以上区域背景和主要问题,重庆市旅游农业发展应遵循以下战略基本原则:政府引导、企业参与原则;市场导向、效益中心原则;农业依托、科技支撑原则;因地制宜、突出特色原则;持续发展、绿色旅游原则。
Chongqing is a municipality with both large urban areas and large rural areas and has its unique regional background. In recent years, there exist many problems such as wrong recognition, disorder development, lack of characteristics concerning the development of tourism agriculture. The author held that the development of tourism agriculture in Chongqing should be guided by the following principles： government guidance, enterprise participation, market orientation, profit purpose ; dependence on agriculture, support from science and technology; adaptation to local conditions, possessing unique features, sustainable development and tourism without environmental pollution.
