摘要
在对国内外有关经济预警和经济情报的研究文献进行系统梳理、适当借鉴的基础上,把商务预警与商务情报有机结合,分析了我国企业商务预警的现状和问题,探讨了企业商务预警不同阶段的情报策略:警情监控阶段的危机信息捕捉策略、警情预测阶段的异常情报处理策略、警兆分析阶段的预警指标衡量策略、警情预报阶段的预控策略、应对准备阶段的预案情报准备与员工培训策略。
Based on systematical summary and proper use for reference on the domestic and foreign studies and literatures about economy early-warning and economy inteUigence,this paper organically combines business early-warning with business intelligence,analyzes the present situation and problems of enterprise＇s business early-warning in our country and probes into the corresponding intelligence strategies of the different stages on enterprise＇s business early-warning：the strategy of seizing crisis information in the warning monitor stage,the strategy of handling abnormal intelligence in the warning prediction stage, the strategy of early-warning index measure strategy in the warning analysis stage,the early-controlling strategy in the warning forecasting stage, and the strategy of early-warning intelligence preparation and staff training in the stage of reply preparation.
