摘要
在解决某型发动机高、低压压气机匹配过程中 ,低压压气机出口静叶先后采用径向和周向倾斜叶片 ,其试验件分别命名为 B型和 B1型。本文简要介绍了倾斜叶片的设计 ,两种试验件在全台发动机串装试验情况 ,以及对测量数据的对比分析。实践表明 ,倾斜叶片在改善根部性能和控制端壁流动等方面极为有效。
In order to match the low pressure compressor with the high pressure one,the outlet guide vane blades of the low preseure compressor have been designeed to be leaned circumferentially and radially.The two types of the leaned blades have been tested in an aeroengine.The results show that the leaned blades obviously improve the compressor performance in the hub region,decrease the radial pressure ratio gradient and control the flow at the end wall.
