摘要
对纯液体沸腾过程的热力学问题用吉布斯自由能判据进行了详细的讨论,指出生成一个球形气泡新相时必须克服一个能峰,而且这个能峰随液体过热度的增大而变小,从而合理地解释了纯液体沸腾的过热现象.
The thermodynamical question on a liquid boiling vaporization process is discussed using Gibbs free energy criterion. An energy barrier must be overcome when the liquid boiling vaporization changes into a ball bubble new phase, and the energy barrier decreases with the increasing of the excessive heating degree, the excessive heating phenomenon in a liquid boiling vaporization process is thereby well explained.
