骨细胞力学信号转导及基因表达 被引量:5

摘要 机械应力在骨形成和骨重塑中起重要调节作用。机械性刺激影响骨细胞的增殖和分化,首要条件是传导机械信号进入细胞并被识别,涉及机械性刺激的感应、信号分子的产生、牵张激活钙通道、整合素-细胞骨架-核基质结构通路等,最终在细胞核中调节活化基因的表达。机械信号的识别本身受激素、细胞外基质和机械刺激模式等调节。应力信号识别后使应力反应元件等敏感基因活化,引起骨细胞基因表达的明显变化,主要是基因翻译的酶、细胞因子、转录因子和骨基质蛋白。感应信号如何识别转导和敏感基因活化表达的确切机制仍需论证。该文就这一领域近年研究现状和发展方向作一综述。
