摘要
随着经济全球化的到来,面对激烈的市场竞争,企业只有结合彼此的核心资源才能拥有发展的能力。当企业明确自身所拥有的核心能力,以及所需要的核心能力之后,构建虚拟企业的目标就会十分明确。在虚拟企业选择伙伴过程中必须要全面考虑各种因素。企业应当通过加强人力资源管理、研发核心技术与开发核心产品、完善管理体系与营销系统、加强企业文化建设等途径来培养与构建核心能力。成功的虚拟企业的合理预见是它基于自己的特有知识对企业、技术、社会、法律、经济、环境等因素的发展趋势的判断。
With the coming of global economy, enteprises have to intergrate each other' s core resources in order to achieve the competence for development in facing the intense competition. As an enterprise acknowledges clearly its core competence and the core competence it needs,the goal of virtual enterprise constructing will bc definite. All kinds of factories should be considered in the process of selecting partners for virtual enterprise. By strengthening human resource system, R & D core teehnology on core products,improving management and marketing system, and enhancing corporate culture construction to develop and construct core competence of the enterprise. The reasonable estimate for a success virtual enterprise is based on the judgment for the development on its specific knowledge on factors including company,technology, society,regulation, economy and environment.
