摘要
介绍了研制出的带闪蒸器的涡旋压缩机低环温空气源热泵机组的样机,并对样机进行了试验研究及性能分析。试验结果表明:在-12℃的低温环境中,该系统仍可以提供足够的热量,能够满足低温环境的采暖要求。并分析了热泵系统的制热性能随着电子膨胀阀开度的变化规律。
The air source heat pump with scroll compressor flash-tank prototype was developed. The experimental study and performance analyses of the pump heat prototype were implemented, and the results showed that the heat pump can still supply enough heat quantity in the low ambient temperature of -12℃. The developed heat pump can be used for heating in cold regions. The effect on performance of heat pump which was made by different jaw opening of electronic expansion valve was analyzed.
