摘要 [目的]探索NF-κB基因在奶牛发生乳房炎时的表达情况。[方法]通过对患乳房炎奶牛的乳腺组织中NF-κB基因进行扩增,经TOP10菌转化到T载体上,进行菌液验证,对菌液呈阳性的进行测序。[结果]通过测序得到235 bp的基因片段,进行比对发现,与NF-κB1基因的848~1083 bp片段一致。[结论]在发生乳房炎时,奶牛的乳腺组织中NF-κB基因有表达。 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the expression of NF-κB in dairy cattle with mastitis.[Method] Total RNA was extracted from mammary gland tissue of Holstein cattles with mastitis.NF-κB gene was coloned using RT-PCR technology,the results of RT-PCR were transformed into E.coli TOP10,and positive E.coli TOP10 was sequenced.[Result] The 235 bp gene segment was acquired.The comparison analysis revealed that they were consistent with submitted genes NF-κB1 in 848-1 083 bp segments.[Conclusion] NF-κB gene was expressed in the mammary gland tissue of dairy cattle with mastitis.
