摘要
改革开放以来,中国农村发展快、变化大,但也困难重重,问题较多,既有表面的,也有深层次的。特别是在当前社会转型期间,中国农村发展更是遇到了一些亟待解决的深层次矛盾和瓶颈问题。目前,中国是世界上"农村病"较重的国家,主要是由于建国后非均衡、割裂型的发展战略引起的,具有深刻的历史成因和特殊性。当下"三农"问题困境的显现,其实质就是农村工作的体制性、机制性障碍所致。因此,从机制创新入手来分析和解决中国农村发展中存在的突出问题和矛盾将具有重要意义。
Since reform and opening up,China＇s rapid development in the rural areas,changes,but also difficult and there are many problems,both surface, but also the deep-seated.Especially in the current period of social transition,the development of China＇s rural areas is encountered some of the urgent need to resolve deep-seated contradictions and bottlenecks.At present,China is the world＇s ＂rural disease＂ show the plight of the problem, the essence of the rural work in the system and mechanism caused by ob- stacles.Therefore,from the innovative mechanism to start analyzing and solving China＇s development of the outstanding issues in contradictions will be of great significance.
