摘要
区域经济发展中的地方政府合作是各城市政府在经济全球化、区域一体化、市场无界化、社会信息化多重格局下,解决跨域公共管理问题、弥补市场失灵、整合城市关系的必然要求和现实选择。当今国内外的城市政府合作蓬勃发展,但是城市政府的合作之路依然漫长,需要在合作理念、组织安排、政府职能、利益机制等方面有所创新。
In the multiple situations of economic globalization,regional economic integration,social informationize and boundless market,it is imperative for local governments to cooperate in the development of regional economic,which plays vital roles in solving problems in inter-regional public affairs,remedying market failure and integrating city relations.At present,the cooperation between local governments is flourish in domestic as well as in abroad,however,there are also several obstacles,which can＇t ignored.Therefore, cooperative ideas, organization and the functions of government should be innovated in further practice.
