摘要
通过对北京市某公立初中一位民工子弟学习困难生的课堂观察和访谈,试图了解民工子弟进入公办学校后的课堂表现、学习变化和学习前景。结果发现:(1)民工子弟学困生在课堂中基本不参与学习;(2)民工子弟学困生的学习成绩未得到提升;(3)教师、家长和学困生本人对其前景持悲观态度。建议:(1)政府和学校要把接受民工子弟作为城市化发展战略的长久之计;(2)政府应促进学校开展提高民工子弟学习成绩的研究;(3)政府、学校要立足民工子弟融入城市来调整教育目标和课程;(4)学校应在提高民工子弟学习成绩中起到主导作用。
Through the observation of the in-class performance of a less proficient student in public middle school in Beijing,whose parent is a migrant worker,and interviews with him,this paper tries to probe into the experience of the children of migrant workers after their entry into the middle school,and understand the difficulties they have and the opinions of the school,the teachers,his parent and himself about his future.Research shows that:(1) the student hardly participates in learning in class;(2) his grades have not been improved;(3) his teachers,parent and he himself are pessimistic towards his future. Therefore,we have the following suggestions:(1) the government and the school should establish admitting the children of migrant workers to school as a long-term development strategy of urbanization;(2) the government should encourage the school to conduct studies on how to improve the academic performance of such students;(3) the government and the school should adjust the educational goals and curricula based on the move to help these students better integrate into the city;(4) the school should play a leading role in improving their learning performance.
