添加剂和温度对PVDF微孔膜性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以聚偏氟乙烯为膜材料,用L-S相转换法制备聚偏氟乙烯平板膜.考察了不同添加剂及温度对聚偏氟乙烯平板膜性能的影响.实验结果表明:在铸膜液中添加LiCl将在较大程度上改善膜性能,提高膜的截留率;温度对膜性能的影响较大,一般情况下低温有助于膜形成小孔. Using the Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as membrane material, the plat-membrane was obtained by L-S phase-conversion process. The performance of membrane has been inspected by adding different additive and discussed the effects of temperature of casting bath,discard vesicle and heat treatment. The experimental results indicated that the performance and rejection rate of membrane were enhanced if add the additive of lithium chloride(LiCl)to the casting solution. The lower temperature of casting bath tend to decrease the pore of size of membrane.
