摘要
利用设计的杀线虫基因 cry6A 的检测引物对本实验室保存的874株苏云金杆菌进行了 PCR 筛选,其中仅有四株含有 cry6A 基因.克隆了苏云金杆菌96860-8的 cry6A 基因,并在大肠杆菌 JM103中表达.通过对秀丽线虫的生测,证实了 Cry6A 对线虫的毒性作用.氨基酸序列分析发现 Cry6A 具有一些独特的结构.
In this study, cry6A gene was screened in some Bacillus thuringiensis strains by using PCR method. 4 of 874 Bt （0. 45%） strains were found containing cry6A gene. The cry6A gene of Bt 96860-8 was cloned and expressed. Bioassay demonstrated that cry6A had high toxicity against Caenorhabditis elegans. Cry6A was found, containing some specific structures and sites by amino acid sequence analysis.
