摘要
胶带输送机钢结构栈桥在煤炭行业应用极为广泛。结合某热电工程直径90m、沿圆周均匀设置扶壁柱的钢筋混凝土圆形贮煤仓,对其进煤钢结构栈桥进行结构设计。从支座的增设、结构体系方案的改良、结构分析方法的选用等方面对输煤栈桥结构进行优化设计。结果表明,所采用的处理方案取得了较好的技术经济效果。
The structure steel trestle transporting belt-conveyor machine is widely applied in the coal industry. Based on a thermoelectric project that has a RC circular coal bunker with a diameter of 90 m, alony the circumference of which pilasters are erected uniformly, optimization designs of conveying coal trestle structure are carried out by increasing the abutment, ameliorating structure system scheme, and choosing appropriate structure analysis method. The results show that treatment scheme has good technical and economic effects.
