摘要
目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂出血患者整体护理的效果及方法。方法：对26例颅内动脉瘤破裂出血患者实施整体护理,并于入院时及护理2周后分别采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）测评患者情绪状况。结果：本组护理2周后患者SDS、SAS评分均较入院时降低,两时间点比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;护理2周后抑郁、焦虑发生率均较入院时降低,两时间点比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;随访2个月~3年,恢复良好20例（76.92%）,中度残疾5例（19.23%）,重度残疾1例（3.85%）,无死亡病例。结论：对颅内动脉瘤破裂出血患者实施整体护理,能有效提高疗效,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To explore the methods and effect of holistic nursing care in the treatment of haemorrhage caused by rupture of intracranial aneurysm. Methods： Holistic nursing care was applied to those 26 patients who suffered from haemorrhage caused by rupture of intracranial aneurysm. SDS and SAS were used to assess patientg mood when they were admitted to hospital and given nursing care for 2 weeks. Results ： The scores of SDS and SAS were lower after 2 - week nursing care than that was when the patients were admitted to hospital （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. According to the following - up for 2 months to 3 years, 20 patients restored well （ 76.92% ） ; disabling in middle degree occurred in 5 patients （ 19.23% ） ; disabling in severe degree occurred in one patient （ 3.85 % ） and no patient died. Conclusion ： Holistic nursing care can effectively increase the curative effect and reduce complication in the treatment of haemorrhage caused by rupture of intracranial aneurysm.
