摘要
研究荫罩热拱起现象产生的机理,分析整体拱起、长时拱起、短时拱起以及局部拱起对色偏差的影响程度。采用荫罩内表面喷涂一定厚度的低熔点玻璃抑制荫罩的热拱起;指出由于不同的厚度会产生不同的残留张应力,必须采用合适的厚度使荫罩在不同环境下将Q值保持在正常范围内。文中提出了一套通过试验方法获得最佳厚度参数的工艺流程,并对25英寸彩色显象管荫罩进行试验研究,发现当荫罩金属板与涂层材料厚度比大于0.1时,抑制效果提高趋于缓慢。
The paper studies the hot doming of CRT shadow mask and analyses different kinds of hot doming: entire doming, longtime doming, little doming, partial doming and their effects on the color-warp. Spray a thin folium of glass with low melting-point to suppress the hot doming. Point out a suitable thickness of glass folium should be reached to prevent the variance of the Q-value of masks in order to work in all environments. A program to get the best parameters of the folium by experiments was worked out and an application was carried out to 25-inches CRT shadow masks. It was found that the suppressing effect grows slowly with the thickness of the folium when the thickness-ratio of the glass folium to the mask membrane is greater than 0.1.
