摘要
社会资本是近年来西方社会科学领域中比较流行的概念,由于难以量化,西方理论界对社会资本的含义、来源以及表现形式都存在许多争论。但越来越多的学者认识到了社会资本与经济增长、社会和谐之间的相关关系。本文梳理了关于社会资本的一些争论,提出了在社会资本构建中,地方政府应该发挥的作用。
The concept of social capital is popular in social science in Western Countries in recent years. Because it is difficult to meas-ure many sholars argue about means and forms of social capital. Many people think social capitals have positive relationship with economical development and social harmony. In this paper, the authors figure out argument and suggests what roles the local government should take in building social capital.
