摘要
企业自身成长和外部环境的迅速变化要求企业及时地进行组织创新,创新的时机把握是组织创新的关键问题之一。理论上,组织创新的临界点必然存在。按照自组织临界性理论,正常情况下组织系统自然地朝着临界状态进化,当企业发展到一定程度时,组织系统的复杂程度与矛盾出现的频率和强度达到统计上的平衡时,企业的组织系统演化到自组织的临界状态。一旦运行机制发生突变,在企业中就会出现大规模的组织危机,即进入超临界态。组织临界态达到超临界状态之前的区间是组织进行创新的最佳时机。自组织临界状态是组织危机产生的一个吸引子,其空间分布为分形结构,时间分布表现为1/f噪声,既有空间的对称破缺,又有时间的对称破缺,其特征与蔓延性危机具有相似性。
Enterprises' self- development and rapid change of external environment require their up - to - date innovation of organization, and how to grasp the chance becomes a major issue in innovation. Theoretically, there is a critical point in the process. According to the theory of self - organized criticality, organization system evolves toward critical state under normal situations, and while developing to certain stage and maintaining a statistical balance between complexity of organization and the frequency and intensity of conflict occurrence, organization system reaches a critical state of self - organized criticality. Once operation mechanism changed suddenly, large -scope organization crisis would happen in enterprises, entering supercritical state. The best opportunity of organization innovation falls in the interval before the entry into supercritical state. Self -organized critical state is an attractor aroused by organization crisis, and its distribution remains fractal structure in space and 1/f noise in time. with space -and -time symmetry breaking, featuring the similarity of extensive crisis.
