摘要
再生沥青混合料生产过程中的温度控制是十分重要的,研究了再生沥青烘干滚筒工作的温度场以及骨料的拌和温度,通过建立再生沥青拌和设备烘干滚筒的仿真模型,对再生过程中烘干滚筒内的温度场进行了数值模拟,并在仿真结果的基础上结合对再生沥青烘干滚筒的热成像实验,对再生沥青烘干滚筒结构参数的改进作了分析,为再生沥青烘干滚筒的设计提供参考.
Owing that the temperature control is critical in the recycled asphalt production, the temperature field of mixing and drying drum, together with the mixing temperature, is studied in this paper. Based on a simulation model of mixing and drying drum, a numerical simulation of temperature filed is conducted for the drum in the recycling process. Furthermore, a thermal imagery experiment is applied to improve the drum structural parameters. Therefore, this approach provides an alternative for the drum design.
