摘要
为了解决非球面光学零件加工难的问题,提出了法线等距离线法加工非球面的新原理,通过建立法线等距离线模型,以及避免干涉的必要条件,对其原理进行了说明,并对机床结构原理进行了研究,进而说明了该技术的优点.
In order to resolve machining problems for aspheric optical parts, a normal equidistance line method is postulated. Then, a normal equidistance line model, together with interference-avoided constraints, is established. Consequently, the structure of machine tools is studied to prove the feasibility of this method.
