摘要
针对系统建模的复杂性,提出了基于多种软件集成的刚-柔耦合建模技术,建立了350t履带起重机虚拟样机,建模过程中实现了Pro/E-ADAMS-ANSYS的仿真环境的相互集成,利用软件各自的优势完成了虚拟样机的动力学特性分析,仿真结果验证了虚拟样机在产品开发中的有效性.
Pertaining to the complexity of system modeling, a modeling technique called rigid-flexible coupling is proposed. Accordingly, a virtual prototyping model is investigated in terms of a 350 t crawler crane. Furthermore, a simulation environment is established based on such software as Pro/EngineerTM, ADAMSTM and ANSYSTM. The dynamical properties of virtual prototyping model are subsequently analyzed. Consequently, the virtual prototyping technology has revealed its feasibility for product development.
