摘要
本文对光折变晶体的衍射效率进行了理论性的分析研究，并以晶体Ce：KNSBN（含锗的钾钠锐酸锶钡）为对象进行了实验上的探索．证实其光生载流子的迁移机制在空间电荷场形成过程中以扩散为主．
In this paper,the diffraction efficiency in photorefractive crystal is analyzed and researchedin theory. An experiment is made taking Ce: KNSBN as the object,it is proved that the diffusiondominates for the photocarrier transport in formation of space charge field
