摘要
针对种子科学与工程专业实验教学的自身特点,对种子学实验技术的课程设置,实验内容,实验方法等方面进行了一些实践和探索。把电泳法测定种子纯度新技术及时的纳入实验课程设置中,保持实验教学内容的先进性。采取让学生主动参与实验教学准备,主动设计、进行实验的方法;结合生产实际进行直观实验教学;增加实践技能训练来辅助实验教学,培养和锻炼学生的实践动手能力。制作实验技术录像、图片,利用多媒体来丰富和拓宽学生的知识面,培养适应新时期种子产业的本科毕业生。
According to the characteristics of the specialty of seed science and engineering, some practices and exploration have been carried out, such as curriculum design, experimental contents, and experimental methods. In order to keep up with advances in seed science and engineering, a new technology using electrophoresis to determine the seed purity is brought into the experiment system. In the experiment, students take active part in each step of experiment, inducting preparation, design and experiment, and do the experiments according to the practices needs of seed science. The practice skills of students have been sharpened and with multimedia, students' knowledge has been enriched and broadened.
